Question:
Got the R2 boxset for xmas,alas its the edited version,can anybody tell me how many episodes are cut ? whats actually missing ? and whats the address for returning discs 5 and 6 ?
Whats the turnaround ? is it actually worth exchanging ?
There's loads of threads about this, but the problem is that they're hard to search for as 24 is under the minimum word length of 3 characters.

This includes some scenes which are well worth seeing.

...of course you could email them and say you had returned your discs and not yet received the replacements. They would then send you new ones in about a week.
Is this dishonest? Well, yeah, but that's what you get for botching releases and inconveniencing the fans!

er, erm, I emailed them from the fox website so it didn't look like some bloke on a website had suggested it.

I live in the states but am VERY interested in knowing what I missed regarding these episodes as I'm a huge fan of the show. I don't want to buy another box set (I have a region free player and own the R1).
Do you think me sending a letter from the states would get me the discs if I claimed I sent them in or is there just no way that's happening?
Might as well give it a go - send them an email, and tell them you'll send a postage paid envelope - then see what they say :D
Shouldn't be a problem for them - say you bought the set on holiday over here or something!
