Brosnan talks Bond 21 and Bond 22
Question:

http://www.comingsoon.net/cgi-bin/archive/fullnews.cgi?newsid1040654494,92997,
And just when I thought his 5th would be his last, he's been back and fort about his 6th, saying 6 would be a number, then sometimes saying 6 would be pushing it, but like all things, I doubt he would confirm things that are so far away, I wouldn't etc.
Looks like Bond 21 will film Summer 2004 for a possible Summer 2005 release, at the earlest, its 2 1/2 year wait, at the latest be another 3 years. But thats not confirmed, just he says 18 months at least until the next film.

I don't think Berry made much difference to DAD's box office in US, pretty much on TWINE level, so let them bring the budget down, and up the gritty levels, and showcase Pierce with more story.

Hehe.
Like I said in the previous thread though, Brosnan is a great Bond but it's just a shame the scripts have been so rubbish (Goldeneye excluded)
Twine and DAD were pretty lame.
They are obviously trying to appeal to the U.S audience for the $$'s though, the last 3 films have all had well known American actresses playing Bond girls.
Also, I'm interested to see how they will explain away the Invisible car crap in the next film. Surely if the technology is there in the bond world, all his future cars would have it, which would quite frankly be terrible. Die Another Day is the 'Moonraker' of the 21st Century, lets hope the next one is the 'For your Eyes only'

I really enjoyed the first half of DAD. However as soon as he was released it was back to normal- hardly any mention of his 14 month ordeal or anything.

2 more innings for Pierce, can't put him in the same action workout again, up the fist fights in small rooms, save the explosions for the climax-yet be very useful in tooling what as become before and make the whole film complete. I think he knows there's more ways to improve his Bond, glad he's not going out yet.

As if England's finest would take the time out of shagging international totty so that he could talk about his 14 month ordeal of Korean nipple-pinching torture to a psychotherapist. That's something Rambo would do, not James Bond. British Intelligence should never have to lower its sights in such futile pursuits. :nono:

I hope James Bond will do a film in Birmingham as there are never a major film in West Midlands. If James Bond Writer need some ideas. How about using local asian community to help out to combat something in India like Octopussy but different problem.
Oh get some decent writers ie. How about using someone who work in Bend it like Beckham.

Bond should return to the dark, gritty style of the past, bring in John Mctiernan? to direct.

McTeirnan? If you want dark and gritty, get Tim Burton

Let Tarantino do Casino Royale like he wanted to a couple of years back.
Besides why use non flemming material when there is a perfectly good book unmade as part of the EON series.
