I agree with The Fly 2, that poor dog.
Also the Korean film - Friend, when the one of the friends is killed, and the end when 2 friends talk like nothing has happened, even though one is in prison.
It also upsets me wacthing Bruce Campbell films, because he is the best actor ever, and gets little recognition for his 'Godliness'.:notworthy

I cry like a baby EVERY time during that scene, ever since I was little, it had an impact on me that stays there.

The bit in Titanic when the Captain puts him arm around his wife and water splashes through the window.

That wasn't the captain.
I didn't cry when that guy finally drowned, but I did cry twice, when the band stayed to play on, and the other when the Captain went to the bridge to die.
It's The Rage aka All the Rage, during the final breakdown montage.
Mad City, builds throughout.
Magnolia, couple of places, especially the Tom Cruise with his dying father.
Also, Regarding Henry with Harrison Ford, makes me cry 3 or so times every time.
Good Will Hunting, the "It's not your fault, it's not your fault" scene... damn.
The Ice Storm, when they're all in the car near the end.
Red Corner with Richard Gere in China, made me mad and made me cry all at the same time.
Mr. Jones also with Richard Gere, though that was a while ago.
At First Sight, I'll admit, made me cry as well.
The Boxer with Daniel Day Lewis, he just gets so engrossed in every role, that's why he's acting rarely.
Most recent one was Equilibrium, also a bit with a dog and another couple of moments.

I concur with quite a few of those already mentioned and I'd like to add:
The Killing Fields - The final scene with the beautiful changeover of John Lennon's 'Imagine' from the radio to the soundtrack.
The Glen Miller Story - When his wife listens to the Xmas radio show he was supposed to be playing on before his plane was lost and hears his new arrangement of 'Little Brown Jug' - her favourite tune that he swore he's never play.
City Slickers - When the three friends return the herd safely back to the ranch. The sweeping music score leading to their rendition of the theme from 'Bonanza' just stirs something in me.
Sad git, I know.

Patch Adams GOOD GOD the bit where she dies is horrific
Got to agree there ... great film all round IMO [ I even had the whole Pabla Neruda poem at my wedding :) ]
Pay it Forward christ was there any need to kill the kid????
Again ... totally agree. In fact everything from the kid being stabbed to the end is nearly a tear-jerker for me and a definate tear jerker for the other half.
Also, the scene that gets me everytime (and is the only film that I have ever cried at) is the whole 'death and funeral' scenes in Four Weddings And A Funeral ... especially John Hannah's speech at the funeral itself :(

Answers:

Most of the ones that affect me have been mentioned ... Ghost, Pay It Forward, Leaving Las Vegas (the whole film is upsetting but compelling and always leaves me feeling drained), the funeral speech in Four Weddings.
A couple of others are the ending of Steel Magnolias ("Life goes on") and Phenomenon. I was so upset at the end of that film.

Lots of films, which is very odd since I very rarely cry in real life (not because I'm super tuff, I hasten to add, probably just because I'm odd :D). Immediately springing to mind are -
ET
Unbreakable
Shawshank Redemption
The Thin Red Line (at least, it did the one time I've seen it so far)
Edward Scissorhands
Schindler's List
I've got Grave of the Fireflies sitting on the shelf, but haven't watched it yet...

My copy didn't mention a free piece of grit... maybe we can sue for compensation? I blubbed for ages and that's completely out of character ;)
Other possibly contaminated discs include; Rt-Proof Fence, Life is Beautiful, The English Patient, Jean de Florette, Asoka and Nang Nak :(

Philadelphia and The Green Mile.

Answers:

Another vote for the Green Mile....don't know why actually. I hardly ever cry at films (honest ;) ) but there was something about this one which is strange considering that when you analyse it, the film had no real moral or message just that 'if you're a freak, life's a bitch' or something  .
Probably just had tears in my eyes at the end because it's all so unfair. Sniff :(

Oh yeah forgot to mention:
Au revoir les enfants is really sad too. Anyone else like this film btw - just never hear it mentioned anywhere really so interested in others opinions (going slightly OT I know). Also so quite a good stage production of it not so long ago.

Just watched this last night, fantastic film. The scene in the bar where they recount the war stories got me tearful straight away.
Strangely, Moulin Rouge is probably my weepiest, despite not liking it as much as other weepies (Shawshank for example). I guess I was just feeling particuarly vulnerable at the time, but I was practically bawling by the end.
