Lee Evans or Eddie Izzard?: HELP
Question:

I got half an hour to decide on wether i unwrap Lee Evans: Live at Wembley or Eddie Izzard: Circle this chrimbo.
Not seen either and i just can't pick.
Wishwon?
:D

Answers:

Lee Evans, was a bit dissapointed with Circle personally, didnt think it was a patch on D2K (which i watched for like the 20th time yesterday and still made me ROFLMAO)

Answers:

Yeah, I hesitate to say it, but Circle lacked the gut-aching laughter that his previous shows had. He got going about half way into it, and there were still plenty of laughs.. but nowhere near the supreme heights of Unrepeatable -> Definite Article -> Glorious.

Answers:

2-0 to Mr Evans then. I'll let it run another 10 mins then order.

i just picked up (well last friday but u get me drift) the breifcase of four videos (Glorius, Definite Article, Unrepeateable and Ambassadors iirc) even tho i've got 2 or 3 of them but for £10 i couldnt resist! Go for Evans, then wrap it up again sneaky like, you know u want to (oh and order yourself D2K R1 brilliant, its still got the great tram to alcatraz beggining, classic!!!)

Answers:

I've put off ordering till tomorrow night as i'm still undecided.
Don't have any stand up on dvd so whatever i get will be great.

Answers:

Circle is by far Izzards weekest stand up show. Shame because the extra's on the disc are top notch.

Answers:

And I was in the audience at Lee Evans and can confirm it's hilarious! :)

Answers:

I liked both, but the Lee Evans show runs for about 1 hour 45 minutes, so more for your money :)

Answers:

Wait a minute, it doesn't - it's 2 hours in fact. I was thinking of the Billy Connolly one. I've got both for the missis for Xmas, and already had Circle.

Answers:

OK guys. Mucha Gratias. It's Lee Evans then.
No doubt i can pick up Circle at a later date. I bought the Billy Connolly one for my Mum as i know she's a huge fan and at least that way i'll be able to see it too. :D

Answers:

Was a little disapointed by Circle too. Just never seemed to hit top gear.
Having said that, I can't stand Lee Evans, so I'd plump for Billy connolly :D
