Question:
I just love the way that colon is put there in the title with "the movie" afterwards, like its the definitive Christmas film and no other comes close.
Watched this about 2 months ago, and its tone is quite dark in places. Starts out as a normal Christmas film, then goes bonkers after about an hour.
Gotta love John Lithgow though.

Not as good as 'Miracle on 34th street:The Remake!' which I managed to find in Blockbusters yesterday - I'm all Christmassy now
it's class, just bought it on Amazon com for the princely sum of $13 i think, well worth it.
