Anyone seen this film ?
Stars Audrey Tautou (Amelie) & Samuel Le Bihan (BotW).
Noticed at Amazon.fr, the French DVD comes out this week but no English subs, anyone have any news on any other releases?
Would imagine a Canadian r1 would be the best bet.
I saw it at the Bath Film Festival - it's good, but nothing you haven't seen before in things like Lovers of the Arctic Circle or Run Lola Run.
I saw it last friday along with 8 Femmes. I preferred the latter (which has an excellent 2 dvd + OST in a pink velour case but with no english subs again !!!) but Loves me Loves me not was still quite entertaining. I wouldn't compare it with Run lola Run (watched the dvd finally last night) as that is the same 20 minutes rerun 3 times due to the strength of will/love of lola for her bf and her refusal to let things end whereas Loves me runs the same period of time from two different viewpoints as its first two thirds. It probably has more in common with Hitchcock as its a thriller of sorts rather than a love story.
Noticed (while browsing thru Amazon.co.uk) the R2 UK release is due on the 24th Feb 2003.
No details though, anyone with any info?

A great little movie, and an excellent showcase for Tautou proving beyond doubt that she's not a one trick pony.

There's also a R3 version due out this week (i think?) - spotted it over at the DDDHouse (http://www.dddhouse.com) site.
If I find out any more details about the R2 release, I'll let you know (I'm working on an Audrey Tautou site).
