Question:
I don't know if its still possible, or if there are any left in stock, but I ordered 'Daylights' from Britannia over their website, and it turned up a few days ago.
Comet also have loads on their shelves. I know several people who have bought 10 copies at £20 each and sold them within 24 hours on ebay for £100 each!
If I was in England, I'd be doing the same! :norty:
eh? is this one rare or something?
It has been withdrawn due to the inclusion of an early screen test of Sam Neil that they didn't have permission to use.:shocker:
Will it end up back in print? as i havent bought this yet and want the whole collection.
I don't know for sure, but I would imagine that as soon as the offending footage has been removed it will be released again.....
Thats ok then, cheers mate
Link ? (please)
I'll have a look - hang on! ;)
http://www.mgmuk.com/product.do?catid=16193DVD (Heres a link that seems to suggest that it will, indeed, be re-released if it hasn't been already.)
Otherwise http://www.r2-dvd.org/article.jsp?sectionId=3&articleId=4924 (this) is the best I can do.
Hmmm. Let me try that one more time.
This suggest a re-release is either imminent or already happened. (http://www.mgmuk.com/product.do?catid=16193DVD)
and this (http://www.r2-dvd.org/article.jsp?sectionId=3&articleId=4924 ) is the best I can do so far. I will keep trying, though.
Sorry about the link mix-up. It's the other way around from my old forum.
As you know I was in England last week and found out why TLD can't be sold these days. There's a law in Great Britain which says that actors are allowed to forbid the publishing of a movie they took part in if they don't want it to be published. [Martin Shaw example]

Michael Sullivan- Do my eyes decieve me or do I see the Star Wars trilogy in your sig/dvd collection?
Actually there‘s one hell of a lot of boots in that sig  :nono:
I should possibly clarify the situation regarding these. Only a VERY small percentage of my collection are boots. And these all came from one trip to Thailand that I made earlier this month.
I live in Oman, and the situation regarding the cinema here is very censored, and most films do not make it here. Whilst I was in Thailand, I bought movies that I wanted to see that would not be in the cinema over here - like Road To Perdition, Signs, Red Dragon, and Reign Of Fire. The other boots are movies like the Indiana Jones Trilogy and Star Wars original trilogies that are not on DVD yet.
I do not support piracy for piracies sake - and have bought these DVD's knowing that I will buy the originals as soon as they come out. Of course you only have my word for this - but I guarantee I will.
I cannot understand why people would buy pirates anyway. This was my first foray and apart from the Indiana Jones trilogy, and the Star Wars trilogy (which are excellent), the rest are pretty apalling. And even these good examples are extras less. I won't be buying any more.
Well your sig's too big anyway... check the T&Cs :p
