Question:
The reason I ask is that I have 4 cinemas with 30 screens all within 15/20 mins drive of me in Surrey and Donnie Darko has not been shown on any of them.
The choice this weekend on about 22 of those 30 screens is Potter or Bond. Whatever happened to more choice ?
wasn't shown in Bournemouth. Get the R1 dvd mate, amazing film and a great set aswell
I saw it at a UGC cinema in Birmingham. Was very wierd but in a really good sort of way.
We're showing it up here in Bradford
On everywhere in Manchetser.
As YG said, get the DVD - More for your money there.. Deleted scenes, commentary etc.
Yep, saw it last week at the UGC in Brighton. Packed cinema too, suprisingly!
It was shown in one of the smaller cinemas in Newcastle, but i don't think either of the big two (Warner or Odeon) showed it :(
It's doing a one week only, one showing a day stint at my local Cineworld (Wakefield)
No sign of it here so far in Southend on Sea.
Lost in La Mancha got a Monday afternoon / evening 'Manager's showing' only (and guess who only found out about it the day after :( )
Saw it in UGC in Cardiff

It was shown at the new Odeon Cinema in Kingston-upon-Thames. The film is still playing at this very moment.
Check it out. Great cinema with expensive prices!!:nono: :nono:

Wot he said :D
I saw it at the Odeon Covent Garden a few weeks ago. I just think it's ridiculous that with so many cinemas and screens near me none of them have shown it.
Saw it in Manchester.
Definately a film that benefits from being seen with an audience on the big screen.
Am going to get the DVD now so that I can catch some of the finer points of the story.
UGC in Glasgow are showing it.
The GFT (also) in Glasgow were showing it.
Warner Village Plymouth showed it, and the city Art Centre will be showing it in December
still on on one of the Bristol Warner's, Cribb's I think.

Donnie Darko is available from www.dvdsoon.com for less than 16 Canadian Dollars, which is about £6.50!!
