Question:
Annoyingly, it looks like Peter Kay's Top Of The Tower show has been re-released -- I spotted a copy of it in Sainsburys today with a sticker on the front advertising the fact that it has all 5 John Smiths ads on
On the other hand, I noticed that Eddie Izzard's "Circle" DVD has a sticker advertising the fact that one of the special features is the same as on the "Dress To Kill" DVD -- I assume this means an R2 release of DTK is forthcoming? They'll have to try hard to beat the impressive-looking R1 release though...

never seen Top of The Tower, is it worth buying blind???
I like Izzard (although havent got Circle yet PLAY HAVENT SHIPPED) and most other stand ups so????
oh and the R1 of DTK does look very good dont it!
Top of the Tower is certainly worth buying.
Garlic...
Bread?
I automatically presumed that the Peter Kay release was a re-release - how wrong I was!
I'll probably pick this up soon - top stand up show.
Just noticed that Amazon have Top Of The Tower listed as being released yesterday -- looks like the Peter Kay DVD supposed to be released was just TOTT with the John Smiths adverts added :(
(dvd.co.uk and Play still have it listed as a separate release though so looks like a bit of pre-release confusion...)

I think the DVD of the current tour was due out this month. I presume it was put back (play now have it as Nov. 2003) due to the extension of the tour well into next year.
My Top Of The Tower shipped from Play on Friday. I hope it's the new one, or I'll be .
