just had the following reply from them
I am sorry you have been experiencing difficulties with your copy of "Who
Wants To Be A Millionaire?". Although the product has been designed to
comply with the worldwide DVD-Video specification, it appears that
manufacturers of DVD players are able to "interpret" this specification in
different ways. As a consequence problems have occurred with a small number
of players.
The good news is that we are continually working to improve this and we may
have corrected the problem. A new version of the disk should be ready by
the end of the month and I would be happy to send one for you to try.
If you would like to do this then please return your two Millionaire disks
(no need to send the packaging) to myself at the free address below (it is
also printed on your registration card) and I will send you replacements as
soon as I receive them.
I hope this is satisfactory and if you would like to discuss this further
then please drop me a line anytime.
Regards,
Alex Turner - DVD Extra Support
