I think AICN said it might be for the teaser trailer rather than the proper film - as no-one from the production (Raimi, Maguire et al) were on set. And the small case of the script not being finished yet.
Or they maybe filming background footage for FX shots or something? They may have already conceived a few major set-pieces before the full script is completed, so can get working on them now?
