I have not got mine and according to my bank account they took the money out last Wednesday. I mailed them but they have not bothered to reply. Getting a bit worried now as I expected it to be here by now.

Regarding LOTR we had a customs delay on this title, does not happen that often but may be the time of year i guess. Due to hit tomorrow, will keep you all informed. Sorry for the delay on this, beyond our control i'm afraid.
By 'due to hit' he means 'due to hit the UK mail system' so expect delivery to be a couple of days later. I'm hoping Thursday or Friday.
not got my 5 Disc giftset yet.. City Link are the Couriers so it's no wonder..
Just after I posted this question, I looked at the Suppliers forum and there was mention that there was a problem with customs on this title so look forward to getting this in a few days time. I hope it is by the weekend because I was planning to watch it on Saturday.
