Right, I got the R1 version of LOTR but didn't bother with the giftset because it was just too pricey after postage, however I really fancy those bookends now that I've seen them, so I thought I might go and loiter around woolworths and if I see anyone buying the normal version offer to pay them the extra (plus a bit) to get the collectors version and give me the extra stuff!
If someone did this to you, would you run away and hide or do you think it might work?

The worrying thing is, is that this thread is getting more views than most of my actual posts, don't you people have lives to go to, there's nothing to see here!
And what happened was, I tried to post, but kept getting the server not found message, so left IE running and went for lunch (and loitered around in the DVD section of Woolworths), came back and tried posting again, then saw that the earlier message had actually been posted after all!
