Collect Questions

Does anyone know if the French R2 of Driller Killer is UNCUT, or whether it retains the commentary and crappy transfer of the R1?
I really want a copy of this, but the R1 is OOP and the UK R2 "Special Edition" is cut and loses the commentary (which I understand is quite amusing in a :nuts: :confused: :rolleyes: kinda way!)

...I have the <a href="http://www.dvd-basen.dk/uk/home.php3?search=driller+killer&mvis=ok&region=2&land=%25&ok=go">French disc</a>... unlike the full-screen UK release it is anamorphic 1.85:1, and does have the commentary... the film looks about as good as an
el cheapo zero-budget production shot on 16mm stock way back in 1979 can look... is it uncut? who knows? who really cares? let me just say that, in my experience, unlike the British the French never 'cut' a movie - worst case: they will simply ban it (e.g. Baise-moi), for a time at least...

Just managed to purchase it for 2.5 Euro (£1-59) on Ebay!
