Could anyone tell me if any of the following are planned for special treatment next year.
Shawshank Redemption
Grease
Titanic
Lion King
The Hills have Eyes
No to all of them apart from the Lion King although that might be down for 2004/5!
Lion King is down to get a R2 UK release October 2003, should be like the other Disney reissues, a standard disc and a 2 disc special edition.
I thought the Lion King waa getting the Platinum Edition treatment in 2003?:dork:
Pathetic that Titanic still isn't available in an anamorphic transfer!
(This was done when anamorphic transfers didn't qualify for THX :oh-hum: )

Lion King is being re-released to Imax theatres & then on dvd 4th qtr 2003 (like Beauty & the Beast was)
