I got it from Play so will email them, hopefully they can just exchange the Dr.No disk and not the full set.

Answers:

Is the disc still made by Technicolor or Nimbus any chance?
My copy was by Nimbus.

Someone said if you wash with soapy water and a soft cloth you'll be alright!

Answers:

phoned Play today I am not the only one to have this problem, at the moment I need to send back the entire Box Set, I pointed out the costs involved in this, plus what happens if another Disk is damaged in the replacement set ect. So I am to phone back monday to see if they will just exchange the faulty disk(s) :(

Answers:

I've just had a look at my copy it seems to have the fault as well.:(
The disc was made by Technicolour.
I'll have to ring the shop and see what they say on Monday.

Answers:

That's the problem with Play, you have to send the whole box set back.
If you ordered from www.dvd.co.uk you only send the faulty disc back.
