Question:
During the making of feature on the 2nd dvd I noticed that when the fly on the wall camera shoots behind the movie camera the film is clearly being shot in 2.35:1, yet the dvd is in 1.85:1.
They're are even some trailers and extra footage found on 2nd dvd which are in 2.35:1.
Anyone care to explain ?.
Dunno. Maybe they just shot it as 2.35:1 and then cropped it in the editing studio for final release.
I reckon this type of film if better suited to 1.85:1 anyway - it helps keep the screen focus on the characters' rather than the scenery.
