Is there a booklet with chapter listings inside the R2 version?
My copy doesn't have one.

Universal UK (who released it here) have stopped including chapter listings for many of their films especially the cheaper ones.
They are also too mean to use dual sided sleeves with the chapter listing on the reverse and a clear case (like Fox, HKL, ...)
