Question:
Which is the best region release for Army? Anchor bay has a least 4 releases in seperate countries. This has confused me no end. English or American. The definitive one if you may.
get the R2 due soon.
it is a 2 disc set with Theatrical and DC versions, it is the same as R1 Limited Edition.
Just looked this up. Nice. Shame about the dodgy packaging. Reminds me of the Troma releases of The Toxic Avenger. EIGHTIES.

No way, that cover looks great. It’s only a pity it says Evil Dead 3 on it though. :(
I thought this was a 15 why have they changed it to 18?
P.S this is the best one in the series IMO
the cover on Play.com says 15
Just checked BBfc website last time it was classified in 1997 it got an uncut 15 so it should still be a 15 unless the comentary has pushed it up to an 18.
A shame Anchor Bay dropped the 'Low on Gas' line from the tagline on the poster. Now the cover just reads 'Trapped in Time. Surrounded by Evil'. Doesn't have quite the same ring to it. Ah well, this set will be well worth the cash - especially when it's going for 99p in a couple of months as part of Play's never-ending sales!
just checked play.com and it says 18 certificate under the specs
I'd have to say get this one, Anchor Bay doing the UK proud (as I can sell my Canadian one for $$$'s on EBAY.COM and have this - once I know for sure its identical)

i was wondering why the dropped that part of the tag line. Like you said it makes it sound odd.
But anyway this release should be the one to get.
