Question:
Just back from America where I was unlucky enough to watch this pathetic attempt at pushing Dawson's Creek star into mainstream cinema in this psycho-thriller.
I went to see Red Dragon 1st and thought that was superb. Last Friday I was torn between seeing Reese Witherspoon in 'Sweet Home Alabama' or 'Abandon'.
The ads in the Orlando Sentinel stated 'Exciting Thriller with a fantastic twist' so I chose Abandon.
It is that bad I can't even see it getting a cinema release over here. Basically Holmes' charachter's boyfriend has vanished for 2 years and the police are looking for him.
I almost fell asleep during it as did my missus. 5 people walked out after 40 minutes. Do yourself a favour, if it is released here, avoid like the plague.
Don't just take my word for it - check out the reviews over at Rotten Tomatoes (wish I had before hand)

That would have been a redeeming feature but alas you see nowt. It's a PG13 certificate in the US.
She has one kissing scene but i've seen more on Dawsons
