Question:
Does anyone here know about the four disc BotW set coming out in December in France. Amazon.fr have it listed here (http://www.amazon.fr/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00006OAIF/Here) for 30.00euro.
It looks fantastic and for that price is an absolute bargain too.
...and the good thing is: it's all in French - only...
. . . :( . . .
Ah crap anyway, that's what I was worried about. I knew it was too good to be true :(
what the hell can they put on 4 discs ?
and even the current 3 disc edition, does it really take up 3 discs ?
The 4th disc contains the original TV film about the Beast
"La bête du Gévaudan" that influenced the making of the film (allegedly since I don't remember any reference to it in the documentaries on the canadian 3 disc set) and another interview with Christophe Gans (one of the documentaries is mostly him anyway so this seems superfluous) and some bits and pieces
"what the hell can they put on 4 discs ?"
...erm... click on the link I so thoughtfully provided...
"and even the current 3 disc edition, does it really take up 3 discs ?"
...it does indeed, trust me!
° ° ° NOTE: Christophe Gans is the exact opposite of Luc Besson... the latter passionately hates DVD, which is why there are no genuine LEs, CEs, SEs, or UEs of any of his movies... otoh, the former even more passionately loves DVD, which is why he is already planning for a really, but really super-duper, deluxe-deluxe, absolutely, stunningly, breathtakingly fantastic DVD release for his next movie: The Adventurer, due sometime in 2003, and which will once again star his acteur-fétiche, the hunky Marc Dacascos...
...yup...
. . . :smokin: . . .
