EDDIE IZZARD IS SET TO RELEASE HIS DOUBLE EMMY AWARD-WINNING ONE-MAN SHOW, “DRESS TO KILL” ON DVD IN THE USA ON NOVEMBER 26 ON ANTI
Eddie has signed with Anti to release the DVD of his award-winning one-man show, DRESS TO KILL, in the USA on November 26th
Taped from a 1998 San Francisco performance, D2K originally debuted on HBO in 1999, receiving three Emmy nominations in 2000, while winning two: "Outstanding Writing In A Variety, Music Or Comedy Program" and "Outstanding Individual Performance In A Variety, Music Or Comedy Program."
Bonus features on the DRESS TO KILL DVD include: DRESS TO CIRCLE (Eddie performs in French in Paris), "America 1998" (photo documentary), commentaries on main DRESS TO KILL and Paris show and subtitles in Spanish, French and English.
Here's what label owner/founder Brett Guerwitz and Eddie had to say about the union:

Is this the show where towards the end he does a joke about His PC and how it's not 'finding' the printer?, and he's yelling and pointing that the printer is right next to it?

No, thats on Glorious I think. I remember seeing him do that bit in Glasgow and have never laughed so much in my life. Top stuff.

he also has a R2 dvd out in november of his new show, i think called circle. play have it for pre order£14.99
I suppose they do not mention a running time, as I cannot get enough of this guy's stand-up routines.

And the Star Trek routine is still a classic..........
my fave bit is when
he's doing the Stonehenge sketch, with the Welsh people pushing the rocks and going "oooh we're buildin' an 'Enge are we? Not far is it?
cracks me up every time! :thumbs:
The bit with Sean Connery as Noah, getting all the animals to sit along the side of the ark "for the pictures"
Or Mrs BadCrumble telling God to wake up "or you'll miss the best part of the day" "no i wont i havent created the best part of the day yet"
or any of it actually! President of Nairobi, the whole france thing with the monkey who escapes on the bus etc!

Blackstar give the running time of CIRCLE R2 DVD as 111 mins.
