Collect Questions

Has anyone seen this surrealist Mexican film from the 70's? Would it appeal? It's one of my Dads faves and he has recommended it, anyone know where I can pick up a copy? I believe its out on R2 DVD......

its a love it or hate it thing.
i love wierd abstract non-linear stuff, but i just didn't take to this and as such wouldn't recommend it even if it was available (which i don't think it is, although Anchor Bay are planning som Joorowsky i think)



I liked it, but not as much as Jodorowsky's Santa sangre (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0098253). Would still recommend it though!



Saw it ages ago. Loved it, though the end (taped it off TV) was missing. :oh-hum:
Don't think it's out on R2, though - at least not in the UK.

Like it very much. Got a copy on VHS but am unaware of any DVD release. Strange acqiured taste.



Great film, I have it on Japanese Laserdisc, Pal VHS, and a copy taped off C4 - Jodorowski's a bloody lunatic - which in my book makes him some kind of genius!
Can't wait for the Anchor Bay release of Santa Sangre...



did he shoot any footage of Dune? or was it unplugged b4 it went into production
