Question:
I saw a mention (no more) of this in this month's DVD Review magazine.
However, I can't find any details on it anywhere.
Does anyone have any idea on release / specs, etc?
There was a mention of it, here in the forums.
I think the set has a few full live sets etc
I have copied this from a Zep site:

Jimmy Page and Co. Deliver
A Long-Awaited Live
Christmas Package
Ever since the band's premature demise in 1980, Led Zeppelin fans have been clamoring for an official live album, and it looks like their 20-year wait is just about over. While nothing was official at press time, it appears Atlantic will be releasing an ambitious DVD/CD package tentatively titled Led Zeppelin: The Ultimate Collection before spring 2003.
The DVD set will include concert footage, interviews and remastered perfomances in one incredible set. Among the goodies available will be a film of the band's legendary 1970 Royal Albert Hall concert mixed in 5.1 Surround Sound, as well as a 1975 Earls Court show. Rare bootlegs and early TV appearances will round out the anthology. A two-CD set, which may appear as early as this Thanksgiving, is also in the works, and will feature live music in either 5.1 Surround or two-channel stereo.

Has anyone got any idea of the price of this boxset? I bet its a pretty penny!!!
There has still not been any official announcement regarding release dates , content of the DVD's etc.
There are loads of unconfirmed rumours flying around as to what will or what will not end up on the DVD set.
All that is known is that something is coming out sometime this year.
The 'Tight But Loose ' web site is probably the best place to visit for any up and coming news regarding Zep stuff.

there has also been mention of this on a US dvd website www.davisdvd.com who are very reliable indeed

Robert Plant was on Radio 1 with Mark & Lard today, and he confirmed that the 4-disk Led Zep DVD will be out this year, sometime between May and September he said. I got the impression it's not finished yet.
Jimmy Page is remixing a load of concert and unseen footage. He did say which shows were gonna be on there. Albert Hall 1970 was one, but I can't remember the rest.
It's a fantastic interview. You can listen to it here:

Part 3 is the bit when the DVD comes up.
Found this the other day, which appears to be the official Atlantic press release.
