I can't find one. Does anyone know if this was ever released on DVD or if there are any plans to?

No.
The R4 has a brilliant video transfer, an average audio transfer, and just a trailer for extras.
It is available for £11.25 at EzyDVD (http://www.ezydvd.com.au).



Thanks Paul, I feel a stupid question coming on.. R4 is pal, but will it play on my R2 player? There is no hack for my machine and needs a mod to make it multiregion.

The disc is R0 NTSC. :)

One looks like it's 4:3 and one 16:9.. Where did you get that info from mate?



Given that the distributor is the AV Channel, Region 0 PAL is very likely.



I can definitely comfirm that the disc is PAL R0 - just checked it with my R2-only player.
And yes - picture quality is very good indeed.

No, it's definitely NTSC.
And it's Siren who distribute it.



I was reading from the EzyDVD page linked to above.
Siren's discs are usually R0 as well.

Killing Zoe is infact available on R2 in Scandinavia.
The DVD is anamorphic wide screen with removable subtitles. Only extra is the trailer (same as the US version) it retail price is only 99 kr
