I remember seeing two movie gags in episode 2 - one was jaws and one was rambo xxx - The rambo scene seems to be missing in the R4 set or perhaps I blinked ?
Don't remember that one at all from the UK VHS versions or cinema? How did the gag run?

I realise this isn't what you're thinking of, but there's an amusing 'Rocky XXVIII' or something reference in, I think, Airplane 2 -- a film poster featuring a very decrepit-looking old man in boxing gloves.
Wasn't there something similar in Demolition Man..no wait Last Action Hero (was it? Only seen it once) with Stallone as The Terminator, or am I on crack?
In Demolition Man there was a reference to the Swarzenegger (sp?) Presidential library and, yes, in The Last Action Hero, in a video store, there was a T2 cardboard promo thing, except that Stalone was in it instead of Arnie.

There's a scene missing from Part 1. Before Marty goes to play a demo for his school Jennifer gives him a kiss good luck. This was in the cinema, missing from video and TV versions.
I think part of the scene is in the trailer.
It was Alien Nation that had an advert for Rambo VI outside a cinema. Back To The Future II just had the Jaws parody.

I'm going to have to buy my own video back from the charity shop (PDSA) tomorrow so I can check it out.

Ol` Blue Eeys is correct, the Rambo VI bit is on a cinema awning, and subsequently used in the credits for the TV series.
But Jaws 6 was in BTTF2 (however, saying that, i havnt watched pt2 yet of my set, just pt1)

Are you sure? I've not seen it in a while, but i thought she flicks her hair back and gives him her phone number and he smells her her (this bit being outside the cinema) - then proceeds the Power of love tune..
