I just got a mail from streetsonline, where I've got their 'exclusive'* Avengers 68 sets on order.
(*ie a few months before they're out everywhere else.)

Due to a legal dispute between the video/DVD label and the current copyright owners of this title, the release of "The Avengers 1968 Disc 4 - MVC Exclusive" has been delayed indefinitely.
We are unable to offer any indication of future availability, but it is highly unlikely that this title will be available for dispatch before the end of this year.

Blame those French REMOVED Canal Plus who've thrown their dummy out of the pram because Contender went on alone and (still very much legally) produced sets with more episodes per disc and picture and sound that blew away the French monstrosities.
