Question:
I know the R2 is not that good, waiting for a re-release, whats the sound and picture like on it if anyone has it.
I'm guessing region 1 has a better version.
R1 - uncut and DTS! :clap:

then again you could just watch "The fast and the furious" - basically the same film, substituting the surf boards with cars!

i own the R2. I think the picture and sound is fantastic. One of my favourite movies! Just a trailer and maybe some filmographies if i recall (?) but i knew it was bare bones when i bought and so it didn't really bother me.
i hope there's a re-release S.E somewhere in the pipeline..
Point Break was cut in cinemas for a 15. It was released on video as an 18 and I don't believe it's been cut.
point break does own tfatf (i liek that too though)....point is the r1 is a decent enough package to go for, and the dts is uh...super :)
