The new terminator look a bit weird in the photos shame it not close up
I have hopes for this film but without Cameron I think it will somehow miss the mark :( . Regardless Im sure it will do big box office.
Yes, two of my favorite "things" are no longer involved with it, Cameron and Linda Hamilton, but I still have high hopes for it as well, though it obviously won't deliver and will terribly suck but still make a lot of money therefore T4 will go ahead ignoring the bad reviews, etc, but people turned off by the bad T3 won't see another and that one is gona fail miserably putting a bad end on Terminator franchise.
like what happend to the Batman & Alien movies, first two great films, last two utter crap.
Its got a decent director so i'm still hoping even though it all looks the same as T2:(
Cheers:)
I wish that tosspot Mario Kassar didn't have the rights to the Terminator franchise. If he didn't Cameron would be dircecting. It was reported they had a mass bust up cos he wouldn't let Cameron take full control over the film. Complete Git!
Also why didn't Cameron own the rights, he created it, it's like George Lucas owning the rights to Star Wars!
I heard a news report that filming had been cancelled? Was this guff?
There was a rumour that they had to shut down production for a few days to stop costs spiralling out of control.
One of the producers said that it was not true.
The problem I have with whole time travel thing with the Terminator is that I don't know why Skynet just doesn't send a later model Terminator back to before the first Terminator film. Can they just send things back by a certain length of time? Or if they can send 3 terminators back, wouldn't they just send them back to the same time.
Oh hang on, must switch off brain, must watch big explosions...

..and how did John send a man back to become his father... surley he wouldnt have existed in the first place to be in a positon to send his would-be father back.... Hmmm... I think you have to allow for some artistic licence with sci-fi... ;)

No, it's like one of those theories that time and what happens cannot be changed, and what's meant to happen, will, and there's always gona be a flow of events that lead to that, one way or another. That's what they're gona play on with this T3, that Sarah Connor didn't really change the future, and it's all gona go to hell anyway.
I'm upbeat about T3, yes Cameron created it, did great job on the first 2 films, but perhaps someone different doing it, will give Terminator 3 a distinction, Alien or Aliens, different directors, styles, did you like Cameron's Aliens, or Ridley's Scott's Alien. Mostow I think is a great director, not so famous, which is why the Cameron name overshadows the project more, I honestly think as long as the story is good, the director will do his part and enhance it, I think T3 would do a good job in improving on T2, perhaps not T1, as T1 had the originality and fresh premise, and alot people are divided between T1 and T2 anyway, so maybe T3 can divide some more, but whether or not T3 beats the first 2 films, I think it will stand on its own as very good. I'm a positive sort of a fan, Cameron is not involved, so why waste time thinking about that, and just see what they have, and we know little, so I'm positive all the way until I see the film, and Terminators are so cool on their own, I think most of us could write a quick script with a budget and make it look very cool, because the Terminator concept and ideas are great to watch, so I'm sure they've got a good thing going, and Arnie I'm sure knows he can't afford a failure, T3 will enhance him more or break him a little, so once again, Cameron is good, but other people have made great films, we just have to respect who's doing it and hope for something great.
