I recently had this dilema, spent a long time thinking about whether bi-polar would be better than normal bookshelf speakers. In the end i decided i liked the look of the Mission M30 better than any bi-polar ones.
Having used the missions, i am very impressed. however, i was told that bi-polar ditribute the sound better.
I've got a pair of Eltax Linear Response B.6's and I love them  They are very similar it seems to the ones glynndenniss posted...
I have had the Eltax HT-2 bi-poles for aroud a year and I love them to bits:thumbs:. That pic on the richer sounds site does not do them any justice they look a lot better in the flesh.
For the price they are superb, you can then spend the rest on some decent cable.
How does the Eltax HT-2BP compare with the Eltax LR Bi-Polar, apart from the power?
I know that the LR Bi-Polar are sold for £80 or £70 in the shop, if you take the print out from the website, you get the website price.
You can get a pair of Tannoy MxR's for about £70.
you can get the mission m7ds from PRC Direct (http://www.prcdirect.co.uk/PRC/PRC.filereader?3f4e52f1005d3ede2741d43a3b58062a+EN/products/M7DSB) for £99 or have unbeatable price match for £96.35 when they'll get stock through from mission is anyones guess though.
I got these Missions from Richersounds for 99quid.
Very happy with them. I have the cable concealed and the speakers wall mounted behind the sofa.
They look superb too!
I also have the missions and are well pleased with them.
Any recommendations?
