Does anyone know of any Home Cinema all-in-one systems which have infrared speakers? I have seen one by Philips for sale in Currys but nothing else. My missus doesn't like the idea of cables trailing everywhere.

Get flat cabling that goes under the carpet, or along skirting boards. You'll get nothing approaching quality over infra-red connections - and they'll want line-of-sight, too. Plus, each speaker will have its own power supply, meaning, er, trailing cables everywhere, unless you have power sockets on every wall.
