Question:
Hi,
I recently bought some Sony MDRRF850RK cordless headphones to use with the TV late at night, and with my PC. They were around £50, and at first seemed great.
As I continued using them in the office listening music from the PC I found they were really annoyingly inconsistent. The volume would fluctuate mid-track, I'd get interference and the music would become kind've fuzzy (as if the singer couldn't pronounce S's properly!!). This wasn't due to the output of the PC - corded headphone sound fine.
Obviously I'm not expecting hi-fi sound here, but can I expect a consistently clear sound from FM cordless headphones?
Do I need to spend more money?
Does anyone have any recommendations? Sennheisers for example.
I'd be really grateful to hear from anyone who has tried cordless headphones.
Cheers,
Phil
All the FM ones are pants as they are subject to all the issues that radio has. I havn't tried the digital ones but i'd imagine they are a lot better. Ones and zeros are there or they're not. (And don't any quantum physicists start up with one and zero at the same time melarkey!)
