Question:
I am after a cheap setup which will be used sparingly when parents go away.
ideally something cheap but with a sub that will be better than normal TV speakers.
ideally around £50.
is there anything worth buying at this price?
Set of empty bean cans and some bell wire..?
Try hunting out a secondhand Digitheatre...
p&b do an okish dvd player and speaker set for £99 at computer fairs if you can get to one.
I have the dvd (my sammy 709) its just the sound makers really.
saves me the hour of moving my stuff around.
I'm not familiar with the Sammy but if it has an on-board DD Decoder you may find something here (http://www.morgancomputers.co.uk/default.asp)
TBH, you wont get much for £50!
