Question:
My parents want a cheap Dolby Digital setup that will run their current DVD Player (Wharfedale 750) and can have other things linked into it later on by phono inputs (preferably 2 phono inputs).
They have been look at the current offerings by Acoustic Solutions in the new Argos catalogue.
The models they are looking at are the DS535, DS1033 and DS1233.
Does anyone out there own one of the above? If so, do they have inputs for other items other than the DVD player?:help:
If anyone has something similar to these items please tell me where and how much!!!

All of the above have phono inputs for other audio sources (not sure how many). I assume the digital audio feature will be used to connect the Wharfdale.

Yeah, I plan to connect the Wharfedale using the digital optic connection, then I wanted to connect my VCR and Cable box to it. I know the VCR and Cable wouldn't be in real surround sound, but it would keep the folks happy.
