Question:
Just purchased myself one of those Pioneer 106 jobbies.
Now, I've heard conflicting reports of the best way to copy dvd's (I have a couple that I own that I want to back up - not for piracy purposes).
So what is the simplest way to copy dvd's.. for a complete dvd copying novice?
Is it a case of simply putting the original into drive and and a blank into the writer and pressing "copy"?
Or does it involve having to "rip" the dvd to your HD first then messing around with it before burning it back to the blank?
I'd also like to know if there's any specific software I'll need.
I thought I'd ask first before wasting expensive blanks!!
TIA
Sorry but you won't find that sort of info on this site.
