My dad has a cable box (NTL i think) connected to a widescreen TV. The problem is that the cable box is outputting a 4:3 picture. My question is, how do I access the set-up menu for the box? I've played around with his remote, but can't find any way to change the set-up of the box.

The TV screen setup on my NTL cable box is from option 4 on the TV guide and then option 4 from the options screen. I hope yours is the same and this helps
