den, since you posted..whats that screen like?..it on my 'possible purchases' list..any noise from the fan etc? It gets superb reviews.
It's not noticable - music is always on loud anyway ;)
Screen is a tad blurry at the moment for some reason.
Try www.avforums.com I found a huge discussion on this and the 32" Hitachi recently..unfortunately my job has blocked me from that site as from Wednesday. :mad:

There are more like that. The consensus was the good dvd performance with one display was not necessarily an indicator of good SKY performance with the same display.
