Hi,
Need help if someone can!!
I have just made my sisters Toshiba multi regional by downloading a little program off the net.
It can now read all discs and you can clearly hear the menu backgrounds, but my problem is that the picture is all wavey and the picture isnt clear at all.
I have changed the DVD player setting to look for NTSC instead of PAL, but its still the same.
Can anyone help or point me in a direction that can?
