Question:
Been looking at the (Bargain Forum) £99 Comet DVD Player & Speakers package. Also the Ventura One at Tesco, and also a £199 (£200 off Reduced from £399) one at Currys.
The Tesco one, and possible some others have Audi in left/right connectors. on the back.
What I'd like to know is, what do you think these Audio IN ports are for ?
We'd like to plug the Audio OUT from the back of our video into the DVD Audio IN and hope the Video sound may come out of the DVD players surround sound speakers.
Obviously this would not be surround sound, but if it was just stereo coming from all 5 speakers then it wouldn't be bad.
Does anyone know if this is what Audio IN connectors on the back of such systems are for?
I've got the panasonic HT75 all in one system, I've got the audio out from my on Digital box to the Audio in of the panasonic player and it outputs the sound through all the speakers, so I'd assume that this would be the case of your the Tesco player.
