Question:
I received a DVD player as a present the other day. It’s an Eclipse 695 DVD player and it says it plays CD, VCD, CD-R, CD-RW and MP3. It’s in silver and does not look half bad although I never heard of the make. Could someone advise me on how much I should be asking for it? I would like to put it on the Classifieds but was not sure how much.

I *think* they used to retail for about £190 - but that was well over a year ago, so they may be less now. I've heard that they didn't have the greatest picture quality either, I'm afraid....
so, if i ask for £70 will that be a fair price? Its boxed and never used.

Doesn't sound bad to me - I'm sure it's gonna be better than some £70 Asda DVD player or something like that, so I'm sure someone would be very happy with it at that price.
