I've just popped into my local sevenoaks and bought a pair of Monitor S10s, a matching centre SCLR and a REL Q201e...

I picked up the S6's with the centre a while ago, take some running in but sound well sweet :)

Maybe shoes an a handbag cos I need a 7.1 amp to upgrade my STRDB-930. A pioneer VSX 2011 will do if I can find a place with any in stock.
If I survive the weekend then I will know that my threats of buying a £4000 plasma for three months and then saying:
"well the TV is still darn good even though you can't hang it over the fireplace, so what do you say if I save £1k by only buying speakers and an amp?" - works :nuts:

Dtsrules, where did you get yours from?
There is currently NO Uk spec stock of the 2011 any dealer who tells you they will receive one in the next 3 weeks is lying and it would probably be more like 8 weeks.
The helpful lady on the Pioneer sales order line was very specific. There is more chance of an orgy with the pope than delivery of said unit within the month. Preorders are now being fulfilled at 4-5 weeks and its getting worse daily.

Lead time is 4-6 weeks from Pioneer UK due to high demand. We already have a
long waiting list for this model.
Accounts go for charging when goods are available for despatch.

At least your imminent execution has been put back a month. ;)
Brozyniak :- if your in trouble send the speakers to me, I'll look after them for a few months. They'll fit right in here, I'll move the s6's to the rears and , well 2 centres is better than 1 :)
