i seem to have lost bbc4 and about five radio signals on my daewoo STB. i have reset the unit and re-tuned but they're still gone, any ideas on howe i can get them back?

BBC4, and number of radio stations (R1xtra, 5, 6, 7 etc) are on Mux B

Have you also lost CBeebies and BBC Parliament?
May just be a problem with your transmitter

Mine go sometimes but a channel re-scan always fixes it. It could be that the aerial on your roof has become dislodged somewhat. But before you climb up on the roof and check, try a re-scan later in the day as there might be some temporary interference in reception.
