Centre speaker on top or underneath t.v?
Question:

I'am thinking it dont matter weather its on top or under the t.v. AM i right?

Answers:

Potential to affect CRT's with unshielded speakers on top of a TV, otherwise I can't say I've ever noticed a difference audio wise.

Answers:

What Cervaro said - as long as it's shielded then it doesn't matter.
However - the purists will argue that the TV screen acts as an extended baffle and will adversely affect the sound. Note also that centres can be heavy, so a dedicated shelf on an AV stand below the telly is generally safer and tidier looking.
Ideally your centre should be on the same horizontal plane as your fronts (or as close as you can get it).

On a slightly different note I listened to a monitor silver series centre speaker yesterday and it was fantastic - had the best frequency response of any centre I've heared and it fits on the shelf under my Sony Wega...

My centre speaker is shielded, but since it dont seem to matter, i'll leave it where it is in the cabinet under the t.v
Thanks for the help people.

I tried both, and think that it sounds better on top of my TV. Underneath seemed to be pointing towards my legs instead of my head.

Answers:

I'll try ti on top and see what sounds the best.
