Sky+ £199, £10 per month Sky+ subscription free installation. !!!
thought the £10 per month was waived if you kept a 2nd box sub?

Had my deal direct from Sky.
Didn't need a mirror sub but were offering the free install on that as well.
Had to go onto full package (which i was intending to do anyway!)
Made up with the free install!!!!:clap:
Did Sky contact you, or the other way round? I wouldn't mind this deal for myself.:)
I rang them.
Woman was a bit dithery as i was initially going to have a mirror sub deal but as the mirror also needed connecting to a phoneline she said i could have free install on the sky+ alone deal.
I rung back and spoke to a bloke who initially denied that they could do a free install on sky+ alone but after telling him what i had been told earlier he backed down and agreed to the free install, that was booked on monday and they are fitting this coming monday so not a bad turnaround!!
I think you have to do a bit of positive consumerism ala 'right car wrong car' on negociating with Sky, who knows if i'd pushed harder i may have got mats, flaps and a full tank of petrol!!

Darren, a mirror sub is having a second sky box in another room with the same channels as on your first box.
as far as I know, you have to go on the sky world package fulltime to waive the £10 charge pm - AND have the mirror sub.
Welsh Paul, are you saying you got the sky+ box for £199 + installation, and no £10 pm fee, even without a second box sub?
all the deals I've seen have been based on the aforementioned mirror sub.

Hmmmm.... according to this installation is £50 for Sky digital subscribers :suspect:
Standard installation of Sky+ and relocation of your existing digibox to another room is £30 *(normally £75).
*until May 16th 2003
