Question:
Just enquiring..good ones that simply clean the dust off a lens, or static charges hanging around, or whatever gives the best results..some I've used seem to do very little.

The de-magic? According to What Hi-Fi it works wonders, but hey, they reckon £300 power cables sound better.. :dork:
All the lens cleaners seem to be the same, a CD with little soft bristles on a small part of the reading surface.
I use the Allsop CarbonEdge its works fine. I got it from PCWorld last year. It takes you through the diagnostic checks.. Stereo & Pro-Logic set ups. I use it only for the cleaning procedure which is at the start of the disk and only takes 30 seconds:thumbs:
cheers Steve
