Question:
Purchased a JMB tv two years ago ( JMBNO28WSS ) was convinced it was NTSC compat but my dvd player just gave up the ghost so I plugged in my PS2 as a temporary measure and the darn Reg 1 discs are playing in B&W. I know my old dvd player converted to PAL but had used other dvd players which I didn't think converted and they were fine.... Can't find the manual, as is always the case in a crisis, and can't find a web site for JMB. Anyone have this model or similar and know if it's NTSC compat? Also in the event it isn't ( hiss spit gag ) is the Pioneer DV350 I've just purchased in replacement capable of converting NTSC to PAL? Amazon say TV needs to be NTSC :help:
doh panic over... my muppet of a bf had routed the PS2 through the VCR which was connected to the TV via AV... teach me to ask a man to do anything!!! :lol:
