Anyone know where I can get some sort of region crack or patch etc for my Toshiba SD-R1002 DVD-Rom on my PC?
try remote selector or 'dvd region free' software. it works for me. my drive's locked but the software lets me play whatever regions i want

IIRC there's a piece of software called DVD Genie that does the job though i've never had to use it as my 'proper' toshiba dvd player is multi-region :dork:
dvd genie only works on the dvd player software (like powerdvd etc). the software i mentioned somehow works on region locked drives. dont know how, and until i tried it, i didnt think it would work either.
i would really like to know how they did it tho
