I got a Panny PL10 for £450 from Bargain Crazy, sold out now though :nuts:
Apollo2000 had a prog scan(?) 100hz from memory (I posted it in the bargain forum some time ago). Might be worth a look as someone bought it and commented. Finlux brand.
The Wharfedale is probably the cheapest flatscreen 28" model.

They also have a Sharp flatscreen at £359 delivered (no extended guarantee on this one though).
Personally i would pay the £100 extra for the 32" Wharfedale though. A 32" Flat screened TV with 5 year guarantee under £450 delivered is an exceptional bargain (you even get a stand).
