Audio sender?
Question:

I know theres video senders but are there audio only senders? I can't be bothered to 'adapt' a video/audio one and spend more than I have to. It will be used for sending streaming radio from upstairs pc to amp downstairs.

I looked for about 6 months, then gave up. There are a few solutions out there (including one quite neat but potentially irresponsible RF transmitter (works with all radios, if you catch my drift)) but I could never find a decent mains operated extensible unit.
Most of them have batteries in the back, or speakers on the front :(
Sorry.

Just been looking myself and found this :-

I'm looking to play my MP3's on my hifi in the front room.
This seems to do the trick.

That will work fine, they have bog standard audio outputs/inputs and a seperate composite lead, unlike my sender which is scart.

looks like a normal video sender with phono and audio outs which should work, kinda expensive tough.

I had an audio sender thing from letsautomate but the quality was pretty poor and subject to interference.
it had outputs for connecting speakers directly?
far simpler to get a video sender with phonos for l/r and video if ever needed... quality is okay.
