Could my Videologic DTS cause these TV problems ?
Question:

I get heavy screen flickering on my TV & my subwoofer is placed directly underneath the TV.
I've moved the sub away and the TV still flickers but I'm wondering if it needs a bit of time to cool off maybe.
What would the chances be of the problem being caused by the speaker ?.

Pretty remote unless its defective. Mine sits next to the tv and doesn't affect the tv at all.
Unplug the digitheatre, is the interference still there? Is interference affecting tv reception or is the interference affecting picture on the tv (i.e. is still there watching dvds)

Answers:

still there when watching dvds.
The flickering is behind the picture not part of the reception if that makes sense.
Unpluging the digitheatre makes no difference.

Answers:

Sounds more like its just the TV that has a problem that is totally unrelated to the Digitheatre. Mine sits right next to the TV and causes no problems at all.

Answers:

Same here.

I had a noticible flicker when watching R1 DVDs. The way I fixed it was completely random - I unpluged the phono lead going from the Panasonic TV to my Videologic dts and it stopped flickering. I can't see what the connection was but I don't care as long as it's fixed.
